FOB Offer – TTT/TTV DIP & PAY Procedures and CIF ASWP

Our Seller has petroleum products available for immediate lifting in leased tanks at the ports of Rotterdam, Fujairah, and Houston.

Available Products (Port Locations: Rotterdam, Fujairah, Houston)

Diesel EN 590 EURO 5 (10 PPM)
• Price: $550 net / $560 gross
• Trial: 200,000 MT
• Annual Contract: 300,000 MT (scalable after trial)

PORT Fujeirah: $525 net / $535 gross

Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel
• Price: $73 net / $75 gross
• Trial: 1 million BBL
• Annual Contract: 5 million BBL (scalable after trial)

ORIGIN - AZERBAIJAN or USBEKISTAN

Buyer Requirements / Documents:
• CIS, ICPO (address upon request)

• Verified TSA/CPA (only registered companies on the whitelist at the port where the buyer intends to lift)

• POF via BCL

* Please note that a POF in the form of a blocked fund is not required. The seller only seeks confirmation of the buyer’s liquidity. One of the following options will be sufficient:
• Recent bank statement
• BCL (Bank Comfort Letter), addressed to our seller
• MT199 sent to the seller’s bank

POSSIBLE: Video conference between Buyer and Seller upon review and verification of documents.

Only verified, registered, and location-approved TSA/CPA companies are accepted by the seller’s refineries.

- Rotterdam:
- Whitelist of approved tank farms: Ferm Rotterdam Whitelist: https://ferm-rotterdam.nl/en/whitelist/
- Kinder Morgan: Kinder Morgan: https://www.kindermorgan.com/
- Verified sub-lessees registered in the Netherlands, that are NOT IN THE BLACKLIST AT https://ferm-rotterdam.nl/en/blacklist/ !!

- Fujairah:
- ONLY Approved tank farms: Fujairah Port Major Customers: https://fujairahport.ae/port-overview/major-customers/

- Houston:
- Multiple options available – key requirement: tank farm must be registered in the USA.

CPA Required – Rotterdam & Houston Only
• Rotterdam: Only companies registered in the Netherlands
• Houston: Only companies registered in the United States

Kinder Morgan, TTVIA, and Vopak require a valid TSA AGREEMENT.

Estimated Transaction Timeline
• TTT: 7–10 days
• TTV: Up to 14-21 days
• CIF: Timeline varies depending on destination port

The timeline assumes timely submission of all buyer documentation.
