Предлагаем к продаже EN590 10 ppm SPOT/TRIAL.

Уважаемые партнеры!
Предлагаем к продаже EN590 10 ppm SPOT/TRIAL (NON-SANCTION) от 100 000 тонн. Топливо в наличии на судах и на хранилище.
Стоимость SPOT контракта ( разовая), минус 35$ от биржи ДУБАИ (-35 USD PER MT FROM PLATTS ARAB GULF).
Стоимость TRIAL контракта на 12 месяцев, минус 50$ от биржи ДУБАИ (- 50 USD PER MT FROM PLATTS ARAB GULF).

Procedure SPOT
1) The buyer issues ICPO + MT199
2) The seller issues: Contract + Invoice.
3) POP
4) Dip Test
5) Payment: MT103

Procedure TRIAL
1) Buyer issues ICPO with:
a) Company’ Profile
b) End Buyer Passport Copy
c) Company’s registration / Corporate Documents
d) Proof of Funds - RWA (through Bank-To-Bank swift message MT199)
e) Bank account details along with contact information of Buyer’s Bank officer
2) Seller issues Draft Sales and Purchase Agreement Contract (SPA) and Commercial Invoice for
buyer’s review, signing and sends it back to Seller.
3) Seller registers and legalizes the signed SPA and then both the parties will present legalized SPA to own banks.
4) Seller sends legalized SPA and below Partial POP Documents to buyer via email as listed below:
a) Certificate of Origin
b) Commitment to Supply
c) Product Passport
d) Statement of Availability of the product
5) Buyer issues a Financial Guarantee DLC-MT700 (unconditional, divisible, transferable) from well
rated bank to cover month's invoice value, valid for the full period of contract. After this Seller's bank will issue 2% Performance Bond.
6) Upon confirmation of buyer’s DLC-MT700, Seller will send Full POP and Shipping Documents via SWIFT bank to bank as shown below:
a) Product Allocation Export Permit
b) Allocation Title Ownership certificate
c) Contract to transport the product to the loading port
d) Port storage agreement
e) Charter party Agreement to transport the product to discharge port
f) Tank Storage Receipt
g) SGS Quality and Quantity Certificate
h) Bill of Landing
i) Vessel Questionnaire 88 (Q88)
7) Shipment commences and upon arrival of the vessel tanker at the discharge port, buyer conducts SGS Inspection and makes payment for the full shipment via TT Wire or MT103 within 48 hours according to Q&Q report.
